                  • Delivery is available within a 20 mile radius of Poole on each Tuesday.<\/li>\n
                  • A delivery fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.<\/li>\n
                  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    1. Cancellations & Refunds<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      • Cancellations<\/strong>: Orders may be canceled up to [e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled delivery\/pick-up time. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.<\/li>\n
                      • Refunds<\/strong>: Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are not offered for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo) and we will work to resolve the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          Custom orders (e.g., cakes, bulk orders) require advance notice and may be subject to a deposit. Details will be discussed and confirmed via email or phone. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 2 days.<\/p>\n
