2. Eligibility

3. Products & Allergen Information

We bake all items fresh and strive to list all ingredients accurately. However, all products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including:

• Dairy
• Eggs
• Gluten
• Soy

We do not guarantee that our products are free from trace allergens.

4. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required at the time of order via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.].
• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email is sent.

5. Delivery & Pick-Up

• Delivery is available within a 20 mile radius of Poole on each Tuesday.
• A delivery fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled up to [e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled delivery/pick-up time. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.
• Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are not offered for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo) and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Custom Orders

Custom orders (e.g., cakes, bulk orders) require advance notice and may be subject to a deposit. Details will be discussed and confirmed via email or phone. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 2 days.

All content on our website—including images, logos, text, and designs—is the property of MC Bakehouse and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
